This is my take on Marth.

Tier: Highest

Strengths: Tips, Arials, Tips again, Too fast, Decent B moves.

Weaknesses: No ranged attacks, I wish I knew more.

haha, that's a fair take. Marth's main flaw is his lack of range, but also in his predictability. Something I've been trying to change up.

marth has superb range for his speed and strength, the lack of projectiles....meh, he doesnt really need them imo.

That's what I meant, was lack of projectiles, but yeah, his range is good for his lack of projectiles.

Marth has piqued my interest as of late. i feel that I'm am not bad but decent with him. Kyn says i know how to do a pro move but i cant seem to consistently do it. Its the first 2 strikes of marths side b and then the 3rd strike is neutral b instead of continuing with the side b. So any marth tips other than fair tips aerials and countering would be very appreciated...As well as some practice maybe

well, as for the countering, that's intuitive and based upon telegraphing what your opponent will do. Other than that, you need to play marth one of two ways, waiting for you opponent to do something and responding in a counteractive manner, or full frontal attack. The reason I go with the second one, is because I played against kyn's snake so much, and I need to attack first against a snake. I'm trying to change my strategy though.

change your strategy.... play black marth.

thats funny, because with most people i use i wait for people to attack me, but ill pepper with nades or try to fake them out if i dont have projectiles.

That's what I said, I have to attack you first, otherwise you will just use projectiles.

Thnx for the advice aparently i am sweet at getting tippers. Mikey seems to be against me using marth I thinnk i'll use him anyway cuz i beat this guy in TK yesterday with marth. He mained ike and beat my falco soundly 2 or 3 times then i beat him with marth so i apparently have potential.
