Offical Pokemon Tourney thread

Anyone that is participating in the pokemon tournament should post here if you are going to do it or not and then we can decide when the tournament will take place based on the participants.

I'm participating if i can figure out the ds wireless.

y'all know im in. i may or may not be using registeel, i guess it depends on who im fighting and who i will need.

unlike kyn who may be using registeel or may not i will be utilizing whatever pokemon i happen have around *cough* groudon *cough* mewtwo *cough* so dont wine about my ubers because you have had a "fair warning" if your that thick then check the *cough* area of this post.

i think doc, who is hosting the tourney, so he decides, said no ubers, im not sure though.

I'm in, how many pokemon, and what are the rules?

I'm in and since i can use ubers... I SHALL RULE!!! i might use an uber since pun is. kyn will know who i'm talking about

dpc needs to post the rules and ****, no joke. the only thing i know is that the item clause is NOT in effect, since i gave doc a shroomish and substitute tm in exchange for item clause not being in effect...go bribes, and by bribes i mean trades, techniclly.

alright here are the rules
there is an evasion clause
no ubers allowed
6 pokemon each or as many as you want they'll all be made to lvl 100
the tourney will be league style so theres everyone plays everyone in a set order
like say me vs rino and if rino wins he'll get 3 points for winning and i'll get no points for loosing
then after everyone plays everyone after about 3 times the person with most points wins.

so no ubers that rules out my mewtwo and groudon are latios and other pokemon of that sort like entei or suicune allowed cuz if so you are seriously hindering my team creation capapbilities.

Ah dangit, no darkrai for me then. I only have two really good pokemon for now then, I'll have to train some more up.

What's the evasion clause?

thank god no darkrai i can live without groudon and mewtwo but darkrai i have heard things about >_>.

well, you know, dark void, dark pulse, thunderbolt, ice beam. Bold nature, decent IV's and 252 speed and sp. attack. 6 of something else, and he's level 100. I trained him from 40.

haha, he's quite a work of art. I've also got a decent charizard, and of course... metagross!

But can you beat, MY CHARIZARD! it's pretty beasty, haha.

we'll just have to find out then wont we.

Haha, yeah but a dark charizard is pretty intimidating eh? But I need four more pokes to pair with them. haha

idk if my charizard sucks or not but after work tonight training will ensue... cuz kyn is taking wii>_>

Rino, the evasion clause is where no pokemon can use moves like sand attack or minimize, however abilities such as sand veil are allowed.

At any rate, have you already started yet, I'd like to join, but I'd have to figure out Rino's wi-fi system security stuff.

I suppose i'll enter my super team, though i'll have to replace shaymin with my old roserade.
