Ike is the best he is strong but slow but i like him even thought he is slow

marth is better for me cuz i like faster characters

ike is good if u know some combos, but for most people that use him he is WAY to predictable.

Some people like ike more than marth RtGiant

I used to play Ike because i'm a big fan of the fire emblem series. But when i found out how ream Ganon is i started to use Ike less, now i'm not that great with him. TNK Punisher

ike can be good and unpredictable actually. if you RAR with him a bit to approach instead of being a homo and only using side b and sash attacks you wont fail so hard. remember his aether is a recovery, not a means of ground transportation, so do not use it as such. dont forget his uptilt and dtilt, they are good. dtilt can spike or pop someone up in the air for combos, while uptilt has intence priority and can get people waiting on a platfor when you finally admit his upsmash sucks. his ftilt is also good, ftilt can be angled, angle it downward to poke under someones sheild and have better knock back. his neutral b makes a good edgeguard if your opponent isnt a verticle recover character, so dont use a fsmash or usmash of neutral b to edgeguard rob or someshit like that, use it on peach, bowser, dk, maybe other ikes. learn other characters so you know what they can do. dont just be like "ill fsmash when they go to the edge" when you are fighting someone who doesnt need to go the the edge. people who use ike, i bitch and moan when you all spam aaa combo, keep doing it, its good. but dont just do it, use other attacks. dont be afraid to spike people with his dair, just give yourself a second jump to recover with.

I was reaming butt with ike this morning against kyn. he lost alot with everyone but snake almost everyone.

i felt like i was retarded or something. but snake still took care of business. so did bowser oddly enough. but marth, sheik, even falco had a hard time on ike... but bowser, jesus christ bowser. is bowser an ike counter? i will need to try dk later after i get done with work and class, i think its a heavy with range thing.

figured i should share this, i beat yossy's yoshi with ike. ike is EXTREME!! only not really... tilts with ike are as awesome as tilts with snake

for some strange reason, the random option on character select likes making me ike. and i don't even like ike!

Even his down tilt is useful in a battle situation(not talking about meteor smash, even though it is.). Just combo into it with his first two hits of the normal combo then D-Tilt and you may be able to then short hop N-Air, or simply up-tilt id they try coming back to hit you.
